BACKGROUND: Hypoxia adaptation in cancer cells is mediated by hypoxia inducible factor (HIF)-1 that induces the expression of various proteins. Up to date, analysis T47D breast cells-secreted protein still limited. The aim this study was compare profile secreted under hypoxic and normoxic conditions identify proteins as candidate for marker cells.METHODS: were cultured standard conditions. Cells subcultured group incubated with 20% oxygen groups a chamber 0.5% 5% 6, 24, 48 hours serum free medium. Proteins culture media isolated precipitated. Protein concentrations released then measured bicinchoninic assay (BCA). bands visualized sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) method. had differences between further analyzed liquid chromatography-mass spectrophotometer (LC-MS).RESULTS: Hypoxic showed higher secretory than group. found size 50-75 kDa.
